Incoloy 800 Supplier & Manufacturer

Incoloy 800 (UNS N08800, W.Nr. 1.4876) is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy developed for applications requiring excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization and other high-temperature degradation mechanisms.

The balanced nickel content helps resist chloride stress corrosion cracking, while chromium provides oxidation resistance and iron improves structural stability and cost efficiency. Incoloy 800 is widely used in petrochemical processing, industrial furnaces, heat exchangers and power generation equipment.

Compared with Incoloy 800H and 800HT, standard Incoloy 800 is optimized for general corrosion and heat resistance rather than maximum creep strength.

J&A Alloy supplies Incoloy 800 products with complete traceability, PMI testing and EN 10204 3.1 certification.
