Welding & Fabrication

904L offers excellent weldability using GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG), SMAW, and plasma welding processes. Low heat input and suitable filler metals are recommended to preserve corrosion resistance. Post-weld heat treatment is generally unnecessary.
